Swift Justices Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love every item you bring into your home. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make it right. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)

• Include all original packaging and tags

• Not be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Please email [email protected] before returning any items. Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide a return authorization if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned:

• Custom-sized curtains or made-to-order products

• Used or washed linens

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Gift cards or promotional codes

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking confirmation.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
